I normally visit Dubai every year on my way from Europe to Sydney, and for the last two years I have stayed at this hotel. I am happy to say that I will stay here next year too as it is a really excellent hotel. I cannot believe it is not 5 stars. The rooms are very big and the furnishing is excellent. The location is also excellent. It is very close to the mall of the emirates, so it's perfect for shopping as well as travelling to other attractions in Dubai via the mall's metro station - Dubai mall/Burj Khalifa and Ibn battuta mall are both 15 mins away by metro and the cost of one ride is less than $1. The entire hotel is modern and clean. The staff are generally very friendly - the porters, the doorkeeper, the room service staff as well as the airport transfer driver are exceptionally friendly. The receptionists can come across as a bit rude sometimes, but I somewhat overlook this as they seem to be dealing with too much work - perhaps more receptionists would help. Overall excellent - Thank you.

Excellent time at the hotel. 7 min walking distance to Mall of Emirates. Taxis available readily. Definitely worth staying.

Odd location but very clean and friendly business hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast is a real continental. The pool area at the rooftop looks nice although I didn't get to enjoy it. There is a small gym with all the necessary equipment.

“Great, modern hotel”

The hotel suite was absolutely fantastic with an excellent kitchen/living area and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was big with both a bath tub and large shower and there was also an addtional WC next door. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Mall of Emirates is round the corner however all other sights/attractions are further away but f you don't mind paying the taxi fares it's nice to be away from the busy areas. We had a slight issue when we booked a day trip to Abu Dhabi with the company at the travel desk. The driver was late to pick us up and then didn't take us to most of the places listed on the leaflet. I would insist on an experienced guide if you booked with them and don't hesitate to give feedback if you are not happy (we did and got some of our money back). Overall a great place to stay, nice amenities and very comfortable hotel.

“2 bdrm apartment size of house - great for family”

The driver was at the airport to pick us up with our name clearly identified. On the way to the hotel (which was at 3am in the morning.. poor driver.. flight was over an hour late and took an hour to get through passport check queues) the driver offered us cold water and soft drinks. Upon arrival at the hotel they took our luggage to our room. They were always willing to assist. The rooms were massive. We had spent the last 3 weeks in Rome, Venice and on a cruise ship. The rooms for a family of 4 were soooo small. In this hotel we had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was the size of a home. It had 3 bathrooms. My kids couldn't believe it. On the way to the hotel they were arguing over who got to sleep on the couch as per the previous 3 weeks. Could not fault the hotel.

Very good location.10 min walk to Emirates mall and the metro station. Pretty quit neighbour hood. Staff in the hotel are really helpful.
