When we arrive at 11:00 PM there was no body to carry out bags from the taxi !! it's not 5 five stars hotel.

“My Bad Experience Regal Palace Hotel”

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hallways are not well maintained (Not Clean), Room did not have clean fresh scent. Staff were not professional and did not show any professional customer courtesy. Thank you.

“Don't be fooled by the 5 star advertised”

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The rooms are the only thing I could say is 5 star. The staff are not helpful, they do not know what's going on. The whole hotel is a smoking area, the hotel does not advertise this fact, so if you don't smoke then it is the worst experience, you are eating and there are people smoking, you are in the lobby and people are smoking, even the non smoking floors smell of smoke. The whole grandeur and decor of the hotel has been spoilt and affected by the fact that people smoke in the hotel - fabric sofas have deteriorated from the smoke, everything looks really old and not up kept. The quality of the food is poor as well. We stayed on the 'club' floor which means you have certain benefits, one of those being that you can use their club room for breakfast and canapés and drinks at certain times of the day, the breakfast did not have any variety, as for the high tea they advertise - what a joke! The sandwichs are ham and cheese only and no cakes! The hotel offers a few different bars, however, the bar menu is the same whether you have a la carte at the restaurant downstairs, or having a drink at the bar. All in all, my experience at this hotel was horrible and I will never stay there again. The next time I have to travel to Dongguan (which is a horrible place anyway), I will stay at the Sheraton Hotel at least they understand the western lifestyle and are definitely 5 star!
