“Friendly place in front of the train station”

We stayed in a double for two nights in this hotel (we didn't have the breakfast). The room was clean and small with a comfortable bed and hot shower and pleasant decor. As we were traveling by train, the location was convenient and we walked to the Beaune sights in 15 minutes or so. They offered free wi-fi that worked in the lobby but not the room. The noise from the trains could bother light sleepers (we live by trains at home and didn't have any problems). In all a friendly hotel and a decent value.
