Rubbish hotel
Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel.

Hi, I am sorry that your experience at hotel was not good. Just after your complaint about broken sink we have changed it. The blanket in your room was clean but we again get it cleaned. We tried to gave you our best room so when we asked you about room & other things you said no problem at all. If you tell us your problem at hotel then we can solve it very easily. RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT WARNING. I COULDNT CHECK IN THE HOTEL BECAUSE ACCESS WAS CLOSED DUE TO RAMADAN CELEBRATIONS.

Dirty wash rooms and uncleaned rooms
I don't suggest this hotel. Dirty wash rooms and uncleaned rooms. I had to fight for getting the room changed. Cleanliness is based on the type of room that is booked. This should not be the case. Even if a smaller room is booked, the room should be absolutely neat & clean. Especially the washroom and the bathroom.

NICE AND ECONOMIC HOTEL SO CLOSED TO STATION
I HAD A SUDDEN PROGRAM FOR DELHI ON 06-03-2014 AND I HAD NO STAY ARRANGEMENT THERE.I EXPLORED THE INTERNET AND CAME ACROSS THE EXPEDIA SITE. I GOT ROOM BOOKING AT VERY AFFORDABLE RATE AND HOTEL WAS QUITE CONVINIENT FOR APPROACH. HOTEL ITSELF WAS FOUND TO BE CLEAN, STAFF HOSPITABLE AND ROOM SERVICE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND QUICK. IT WAS NICE TO STAY THERE AND IN FUTURE TOO I WOULD PREFER TO STAY THERE IN CASE THE ROOM WOULD BE AVAILABLE.

Dirty room with thick layer of dust..
The rooms i got were dirty and had a layer of thick dust to suggest that they had not been cleaned for days. The washroom was really small.. and wall paint had come off the walls in patches.

Our 1st impressions weren't very good when the airport pick up I had arranged & received confirmation for wasn't there. I called the hotel who said they never received my booking, I knew this was incorrect as I had a confirmation e-mail. The hotel manager was really nice & advised he can send a taxi for same price as pick up in 1 hour or if i use the pre paid taxi at the airport it will be 400-450 rupees so will be cheaper & quicker. Of course i used the pre paid service which was 400 rupees and I had no issues. I would advise anyone to use this service instead of hotel pick up as it is cheaper. The manager was very apologetic and upgraded our room which was nice of him. The room was fine with good tv and good channels. Good AC but it smelt a bit so we turned it off and used the fan. Room service was nice and cheap as well. Shower wasn't warm but I expected that - it was fine for us. As for the area - I wouldn't recommend it, I think it used to be a backpacker area but it doesn't seem to be anymore. Personally I didn't want to walk down the street, it wasn't very pleasant but obviously that isn't the hotels fault.

Pleasant stay at Kwality Hotel
The room is comfortable...we got a double bed room, but the staff is helpful to put the two beds together to make it a queen bed. Thanks! We ordered meals from our room at midnight since we arrive from the airport late...and the food is surprisingly good... The wifi is strong. So, i managed to do facebooking with my children in Malaysia... What a relief. However, the aircond is dripping with water...makes the carpet smell.... The helpful worker sprayed the room with air freshener, but it lasted just a few minutes. But with the reasonable room rate...i am not complaining...

Shabby room
Good location if you want to be near the New Delhi station. In a safe neighborhood. Lobby is clean and bright but our room was dirty with peeling paint. Good wifi.

They should provide cleaniness in bathroom. In my room roof was very dirty..paint dust was falling on bed frequently..otherwise its a good hotel near ( 10minutes ) to Paharganj, New Delhi railway station..

We booked to stay at this room for 5 nights but left after 4 hours. The hotel room was unsatisfactory. The room was very different to what was on the website and very dirty. When we told the clerk at the front desk we were leaving he got very hostile. He then asked us not to put a bad comment on expedia but in a very hostile way.

Basic hotel, basic service
For the amount of money, the room was reasonable. However the hotel made me really uncomfortable due to the fact, that a only men were working, I felt like I was being watched like prey and the fact that you had door locks from the outside of your room did not help. Overall the service was there, just at what level, that is the question. The cleaningness was not not up to basic standard.

A little pearl in Delhi Hotel world
Nice and CLEAN hotel for a very reasonable price. Adequate staff and prompt service when you ask something. This is rare for a budget hotel and believe me, i did my share of having experience with it. Delhi hotels are getting more and more expensive (rated more expensive than Las Vegas hotels!) and these little pearls are harder to find while time goes by. Really recommended. If you want a bit of space, choose a deluxe room. If you care for a good bed and cleanliness only, a semi deluxe will do for you. Have a nice stay :-)

Service - We asked for hot drinking water , hotel waiter asked me that is chargeable rs 20/ - each time i.e. gas stove charge. Though we had B-Fast / Dinner from hotel. I surprised !!! Semi Delux room booked by me but the standered of the room was of economy class.

Good Kwality experience in Hotel
The hotel gave us advice and directions of best places to shop. They assisted with travel arrangements. They came and picked us up at the airport and arranged for our return shuttle taxis. I loved having breakfast delivered, and their room service lunch was tasty, economical, and handy! The rooms were clean, the shower hot, and exactly as I would expect of an economy hotel in India. I would stay here again - and it is very close to the train station.

I booked on the internet to ease my arrival. I was shocked at the standard of Hotel Kwality. The bed was incredibly hard, the towel was old and worn as was the bedding, the room was very dirty, the bathroom was the worst standard I had seen and the windows did not block out any street noise, the curtains were so thin that did not block out the sunlight. I actually went out and bought cleaning products in order to get the room clean enough. The staff were the best thing about this place, always friendly and helpful. However the hotel manager was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. I was really shocked to find that when I asked if there was any heating because the room was so cold, I was told that for an extra fee. I could get a heater. I expect a room to be comfortable enough to sleep and for that to be part of the price. The hotel is just trying to cash in on mere basics and not interested in providing a reasonable standard. Most peolel are only staying for a night or two so they don't care. When I returned to Delhi I tried booking directly but the hotel was full and I had to find another hotel option, I discovered that you got more for your money elsewhere and for a little more the standard increased considerably.

location is not good.
I recently stayed in this hotel on my delhi visit. flush knob is broken and took a day to fix it, bed is not clean, location is not good. when I was travelling from airport to hotel, cab driver proposed me a place which I cannot recollect and also mentioned this is not a good place to stay. My recomendation skip this area.

Stay: 3 days and 3 nights. 1) LOCATION: The location is complicated. Even the local auto guys could take us only to the road -- the inside lanes confused us totally. 2) CLEANLINESS: Too many small cockroaches in the room! They were crawling over our bags, in the bathroom etc. Really put us off. Our Delhi sightseeing trip was tightly packed from morning to night so there was no time to go hunt for a new hotel. 3) AMBIANCE: Ventilation is very bad. If you open the single window of the room that opens into the corridor, you are leaving yourself open to everyone's view and if you close that window, its suffocating. 4) BATH: Bathroom taps were of cheap quality, that seemed rusted by the hard water. A hot water bath was the biggest irritant. They assured us that the boiler fitted on the terrace is available 24X7 but after letting 2-3 buckets of water flow away (wasted, literally) when it was still cold, we called reception and they assured that hot water will start in a minute. I wonder how much precious water in Delhi is wasted this way, waiting for the magical boiler to start! 5) FOOD: We ordered food in our room once. Quality was average but rates were high. Better to try out food in nearby restaurants. 6) STAFF: Luckily, they were courteous with no signs of arrogance. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very poor and 10 very good), I would rate it as 3.

I needed a fairly inexpensive hotel for a night near Delhi Railway Station (RS). Arrived late night at RS and walked/caught a rickshaw. Also close to Metro - I caught a tuk tuk there. Staff were friendly enough. WiFi did not work. Room Ok (I had a deluxe room), no frills, bathroom a little dirty (small dead insects on floor) and no hot water (from memory). Air conditioner fan not working. Would not suggest this hotel for extended stay, if you want more creature comforts, but Ok for a short overnight.

You can do better
The room was basic but comfortable. However the shower was corroded and didn't work at all. Internet was flaky and only worked sometimes. Staff were helpful, but all requests for advice were met with a polite suggestion to look it up on the internet (if it was up). Not horrible, but there are plenty of other hotels in the same street that must be better.
