This was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! The room was beautiful and very clean. Our only irk was that we got a room with the jetted tub, but the hot water was minimal and the water pressure was minimal so it took very long to fill the tub and by the time it filled, the water was not very warm. We made do, but this was our only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic - amazing staff and service, amazing food, beautiful building and rooms, fabulous location!

Great Value!
I would highly recommend Andean wings. It is in a great location and is an excellent value for the price. The lobby and common seating areas are lovely to sit in and relax and eat or enjoy a drink. The service is wonderful and friendly. Great stay!

Muy bonito hotel. el patio hermoso el cuarto espectacular y la atencion genial. Solo unos pequeños detalles que se deveria mejorar. el termo para calentar el agua no se puede usar por que el cable para conectar no da al tomacorriente, el hot tub sale agua tibia no caliente y no habia fosforos o encendedor para prender las velas alrededor del hot tub y por ultimo el control de la tv no se podia cambiar de canal. Cositas que no son tan importantes pero faltaria para ser un 10 de 10. Yo le pongo un 9 de 10.

Beauty needs a surgery
The hotel in itself is interesting and on a good location. The first room I had smelled like the wood floor had started to mold. They need to renovate. Second room I got was better but tiles in the shower were a bit wobbly. I like the basics of the hotel but it's surely seen better days. Staff was friendly though!

Friendly and accomodating staff! Unique and beautiful building. Close to the city historic centre. Only downside was the bed in our deluxe (double bed) room was not very comfortable and the shower head was older and didnt work great. We had to move rooms due to some electrical upgrade needed and the bed and shower head was much better in the superior suite. Overal highly recommend!

I LOVED this property- the rooms were quaint and the facility was so pretty! The staff were absolutely incredible and so sweet and accommodating. If/when I ever return to Cusco, I will stay here again!

Beautiful hotel! We stayed here 4 days and had a room with a jacuzzi. Only giving 4 stars because there was not enough hot water for the jacuzzi or showers. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Good area and worth the price! Very close shops and dining.

The location of this boutique is ideal. Walkable to stores and restaurants. The reception staff, especially Rodger, was magnificent. They had several options for breakfast and everything was very clean and welcoming.

The property was super clean and the staff very welcoming! The best part it’s that it’s very close to the best part of the city! La plaza de Armas! There you can find everything from shopping, restaurants, agencies ect! Great location !!

We stayed at quite a few hotels during our trip to Peru, and this was by far our favorite. The bathrooms were great-excellent water pressure and big, fluffy towels. The breakfast was also the best (free) breakfast that we had in Peru. The location is perfect. But the best part of Andean Wings was their amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Carlos, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. 😊

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, carried all my luggage to my room, ordered me taxis when I needed them, even gave me a room to change in for the airport, after I had already checked out. Beautiful place and people.

Loved our stay in the Andean Wings! Stayed there for a whole week while visiting all the sites. We got our tours directly from them, they have very competitive prices, and that meant that they picked us up and left us at the hotel for all of the tours, very convenient! They even prepared a little breakfast bag for our 4 am early departure to Machu Picchu. The food in the hotel was also delicious, with everything sourced from local producers. They offered tasters of some salts and spices, free coffee, teas, and breakfast. And it was also important to us that the hotel supports a local children's home with part of the earnings. I would say if I had to change anything about my experience, I might have gotten one of the rooms in the back of the hotel rather than the front since the front street can be a little noisy on the weekend. Other than that, the experience in the hotel and their in-house travel agency was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Cuzco.

The check in process was extremely slow. However the biggest problem was the noise ALL night long. My wife and I were awakened over and over again all night long with noises from the street, the other hotel guests partying, sirens, traffic horns, etc literally all night long. It was unbelievable! We did not get any sleep whatsoever. We even called the front desk at 3 am and asked if there was anything they could do about the noise outside our window. Young people were literally on the street outside the window by the bed drinking, yelling, partying all night long. It was the first night of our trip, we didn’t sleep at all. Not a pleasant way to start a vacation. My wife is livid. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Noise. Noise. Noise all night long! Unbelievable!

Very nice and unique hotel. It's like a living in a house where all rooms are not like each other, with comfortable inner yard, steps from main tourist places in Cusco. Not sure about parking (we had a guide with a car), but everything else was like unique experience.

The dinner was pretty good but the breakfast sucks. Plus our room felt like we were in a traffic jam so loud in between horns, people screaming and loud cars passing by. Plus our bed that should have been a king bed was 2 twin beds close together with super uncomfortable mattress. It was very disappointing.

Wonderful! 10/10!
The stay at Andean wings was perfect! The staff was friendly and kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful. We had the suite with the bath and it was clean and gorgeous! The restaurant in the hotel was superb and they offered coca tea upon arrival and luggage storage. Will stay here again when we come to Cusco again! Highly recommend.

This was an excellent hotel. It was within easy walking distance to the main hub of Cuzco. The staff went above and beyond to help us acclimatize. The hotel was very clean . The only 2 things I would say were that we would have liked the water to be hotter for our showers and also the courtyard where we had breakfast was a little chilly in the mornings. Otherwise outstanding.

Great staff and location
I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is old and quirky with plenty of character which suited me. Due to the nature of the build and the location it can be a bit noisy form the street but this didn't spoil my stay. What made it very welcoming is how polite and helpful the staff was. Really always ready to help and greet with a smile. Breakfast is on order from a menu, for me it was adequate.
