Property Amenities
Our Latitude Serviced Apartments were opened in December 2009 and our of 4 star quality. This stunning development consists of 55 apartments with a choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms offering fantastic views over Croydon Park and the city.
They have been designed to give you the convenience, luxury and service you’d expect from a first class hotel, combined with the flexibility, space and freedom you have at home.
The apartments are in the very centre of the city which incorporates brand new retail outlets, office space, improved public transport services and first class leisure facilities. We are 5 minutes from East Croydon train station giving you very easy and quick access into central London in 15 minutes.
Rooms
These spacious serviced apartments feature designer kitchens with granite worktops and fully integrated appliances, free wi-fi, queen size beds and luxurious bathrooms. They boast the sophistication of wood flooring, underfloor heating, quality brushed steel fittings, Siemens appliances, fitted wardrobes to master bedrooms and cool contemporary recessed lighting. Coded security access and a video entry system give you absolute peace of mind along with a secure underground car park at a surcharge.
All apartments are non smoking. There is a lift to all floors.

“Would go back again in a heartbeat”
The only negative aspect of the entire stay was the fact that the location/room did not have any air conditioning. Unfortunately, London is/was in the middle of an extended hot and dry spell. Luckily windows opened easily and the apartment would cool down relatively quickly at the end of a day.
“Amazing place to stay, worth every penny”
An amazing and superb luxury apartment with all amenities (yes, you will not complain on anything nor would you feel that something's missing) and is just a stone's throw away from the East Croydon station. The apartment was very clean throughout. It was so perfectly suited for touring London as it takes just 14 minutes to reach London Bridge station from East Croydon. Had a wonderful time along with my family and our 9-month old daughter.
“Great and convenient”
We did not see anyone for service after we checked in, but we had no need to talk to anyone. The apartment was great, we were on the back side, so it was quiet. The kitchen allowed us to purchase foods for breakfast and we were able to stock up on waters and sandwich fixings, which helped our food budget. The apartment was really close to London, just a quick train trip into the center of town. We traveled with our two teenagers and all had a fabulous time. I would definitely recommend it for families.
“A "home from home" in London”
We stayed at Latitude 25 apartments for 3 nights. The apartment was extremely spacious and well-equipped. It is only a 5 minute walk from East Croydon train station, 20 minutes from Central London and one stop from Gatwick Airport. The only inconvenience is traffic noise. The apartments are situated on a main road and although the windows are double-glazed it is still noisy. Request an apartment on a high level - there are 5 floors.
“Lovely place easy trip to London”
I loved this place. Lovely flat that was very spacious. The whole place is very modern. We had a full kitchen; very nice bathroom with a lovely tub; and it was very quiet being in a suburban area. The train station and bus stops are less than 5 minutes walk from the flat. It took us about 15mins to get into London on the train. The WIFI worked really well. I can't say enough good things about this flat! I would recommend it highly to anyone.
“Modern Apartments Close to Transportation”
This was a very modern and roomy apartment that worked out great while visiting London with my two young adult children. It was within a five minute walk of the East Croydon National Rail Station which was only a 20 minute ride to Victoria Station that was a main hub for the underground and rail transportation. Although there was not daily cleaning of the apartment it worked for our needs. There seems to be only a receptionist from 9:00 to 5:00, which is an inconvenience but we didn't need one until check out. Signs were posted to help us check out without one. The only negative was the garbage trucks at 5:30 every morning, especially when they were dumping the glass.
“Will come again next time!”
The hotel was great except they don't have air conditioning provided. It was quite hot to sleep at night. At the time I stayed there, one of the bathroom's door was broken and the drainage was stucked and therefore there was only one bathroom can be used. Otherwise, I satisfied with the rest of the facilities.
“Not Impressed.”
Nobody to attend to our need for the 8 days. The hallway and apartment were not cleaned at all during the 8 days.
