“Excellent in every regard”
We have just come back from a tour of Asia lasting 6 weeks. Without a doubt the Amari Rincome Hotel at Chiang Mai was one of the best hotels we stayed at. We would certainly recommend it.
“Lovely hotel with excellent facilities”
A lovely hotel with all modern amenities and helpful staff. The breakfast was impressive that caters every taste. Only a stone throw's from Chiang Mai old town which is within walking distance or a small tuk-tuk fare.
“Can't wait to go back”
My sister and I spent a wonderful 5 days at this hotel. The pool was huge, plenty of sunbeds and towels. Courteous, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was the best of any hotel we have stayed at in Thailand. We will definitely stay here again next year.
“Amazing quality for the dollar”
At a price just 1/3rd of the Conrad Hilton in Bangkok, and in a city where the USG per diem rate is very similar, the Amari Rincome's "Deluxe" rooms and breakfasts were every bit as nice. Amazingly good for the price. Beautifully decorated rooms, with balconies directly overlooking the pool and a gorgeous garden.
“Relaxing location outside of main city center”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Amari Rincome in Chiang Mai. The breakfast buffet food and service was excellent - the best we had in Thailand. The staff was all smiles and ALWAYS there to take the time answer any questions in decent English. Pool areas were beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Perfect hotel for businesspeople and adults...not a backpacker's destination. The only suggestion I have is to add a fitness center and the whole package would be amazing!
“Friendly hotel with attention to detail”
Had 4 great days at this hotel. Yes, its a bit dated but the care taken by staff is second to none. We booked a superior room and it was very comfortable. Little gifts were left each evening s part of the 'turn down' service. The breakfasts are excellent - sitting on the balcony overlooking the gardens is wonderful. We had free airport transfers thrown in but transfer prices into town looked a little expensive and there are always taxis and tuk tuks by the gate to negotiate fares with. The only downside is that its right under a flightpath from Chiang Mai - the first few planes startle a bit but after that its more interesting than its distracting. We stayed in smarter hotels in Thailand but this is a firm favourite
“Great place to stay”
Nice hotel with a great swimming pool.
“Very Nice”
The service at this hotel was excellent, both onsite restaurents were great aswell. It is an older hotel, and the rooms showed it but cleanliness and service more than made up for it. Well priced.
“Excellent hotel -- highly recommend!”
My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the Amari and were very pleased with the hotel. Our breakfast, which was included in the price of the room was one of the best I have ever been offered and we travel alot. The location, being away from the city market was ideal for us due to the fact that it was more quiet and relaxing. We loved the pool, the gardens and the service. The market was just a short taxi drive away and was very easy to access. I highly recommend this hotel! It was a great vacation value through Expedia. We would definitely stay here again. There were a lot of families staying here, which was another plus for us.
