“Vacation in Cebu/Phillipines”
Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly and the breakfast was always good. We however did have on meal that was not so good. It was later though and maybe the regular cooking staff were gone. Overall experience at this hotel was pleasing.

New hotel so some things are not what one would expext. staff was great helpfull and curtious. thin walls,slippery non carpeted floors and treterious tubs.Good deal for the price. great mall across the street. Very clean but not quite up to speed with its rating.
“Not impressed”
I won't book again with this hotel! I was very disappointed with the reservations. I booked for two deluxe rooms for a 2 night-stay with my family in late September. However, we were made to wait till evening due to the unavailability of one room, too much longer than the check in time at 2pm.The saddest part was nobody in the reception even bothered to call us about the real problem until we talked to the reservation officer. Other members of my family ended up to stay for one night in that nasty old room, far from what we've expected to be equivalent to a deluxe room.. Breakfast buffet is dull and repetitive.. Generally, not worth the price!
