“Great for families”
Very comfortable and spacious. Had everything we needed for a short stay, including useful kitchen equipment and a laundry facilities. Good location, very convenient.

Good choice if you want a comfortable quiet stay, close to a shopping centre with a good choice of restaurants, Very helpful staff. Room spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

These apartments are well maintained, in a pleasant environment and convenient to Kingston restaurants and shops..
“too much unchecked noise!!”
The room was clean and the surrounding pleasant however the noise level was too high from noisy guests that the property managers failed to deal with.
“Convenient Location”
The apartments were conveniently located between Manuka & Kingston shops and not far from the Bus Terminal Markets. The apartment itself was well set up and the bed comfortable. The apartment block however was in a square and echoed with any noise in the block so it was unfortunate that there was a party on the Friday night...at 2 in the morning. Also we were on the top floor, no lift so with lots of luggage that needed to be brought into a secure location there was a lot of stairs to negotiate. So if stairs are a problem for you ask for a lower floor. The apartment was very clean apart form the hairs that were left in the bath and on the bathroom floor, perhaps if the cleaners cleaned the broom of previous tenants hair this would not have been such a problem. Overall though a convenient place to stay.
