Terrific well-managed boutique hotel with a very attentive staff that is knowledgeable, professional, welcoming, and eager to be helpful. Great place for a short stay because the staff is outstanding and a long stay because rooms include a mini-kitchen. Larger rooms are well suited for families. Rooms are clean and comfortable but not luxurious. Outstanding value. Very highly recommended.

“Excelent Boutique Hotel in the Core of Palermo Soho”

The hotel is brand new, very confortable. We arrived at mid morning and the room was ready for us, even more we were upgraded from a loft to a triplex which has in the third level a jacuzzi. The staff is excelent, very responsive and ready to fullfil all your needs. We hihgly recommend this hotel.

Our room had absolutely everything we could want in a hotel room: large flat screen tv, dvd player, stereo system, personal computer and kitchette. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff was more than helpful. I would go back without a second thought.

I was given many choices from Expedia to choose from, and let me tell you - this was the best choice Expedia has given me so far. My wife and I went to Paris before and picked a hotel from Expedia and were dissapointed. This hotel is in one of the best areas in Buenos Aires, right in the quiet and very safe area of Soho. We walked everywhere and didn't feel strange coming in at 1am. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making arrangements for us almost everyday! We normally don't care for hotel breakfasts; croissant and press-pot coffee. But we had breakfast here everyday - FREE - eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, espresso drinks - - - either in the room or in their cafe. I know I sound like an advertisement for this hotel, but I am not- we stayed there 9 nights so I got to know the place pretty well... -Cheers

“Great stay in Bueanos AIres”

The Hotel Torrecillas was a wonderfuul place to stay in Buenos Aires. It had all the services at a very reasonalbe price. The staff were highly professional and excellent at making our stay highly pleasurable.

Everyone working at the front desk was extremely hepful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from many great Palermo restaurants, and taxis are plentiful in the area. The room was very clean, bright and modern, with a rather large kitchen, comfortable beds, and large TV. There were a few instances in which we lost hot water in the shower, but it tended to come back in a few minutes.

The hotel is very good! Very good localization, the rooms are clean, clear and comfortable. There are just 12 rooms I guess, so it's kind a familiar hotel. I really recommend this hotel. I almost forgot: there is a computer with internet access per room.

“Great Hotel”

The hotel was the best part of my trip. In general, the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was outstanding and extremely courteous (thank you to the staff!). The only downside was the proximity to the subway (require about a 1 mile walk; however, bus station was close by) and sometimes barking dogs.

Stayed for two nights in August 09. The room was a studio with kitchenette. Very comfortable and clean. Great buffet breakfast. The hotel only been open a year and everything was in a pristine condition. Very helpful staff. They organised a 2 hour tour with an english speaking taxi driver for me. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
