“Okay for families with children using public transport.”

Internet pictures much nicer than actual hotel. Reception crowded and slow, parking totally insufficient for guest. We were given a handicap room below ground level, no view, unable to open window due to trash outside window. We would not return to this hotel. Manager was helpful about giving us another room 5 minutes away in quieter location. Able to stay our 2 nights without additional expense.

“NICE HOTEL BAD SERVICE”

Its a lovely hotel right on the shore .I stayed 2 nights .My room was clean and pleasant when I arrived and the breakfast the next morning was good .Problems happened on the second night I had left to go to work at 7.30 ion the morning but when I got back the room had not been cleaned . I rang reception who inmediately relocated me to the room beside it which was fine but next morning there was no hot water whatsoever in the shower . I went to get the cab Id asked for at front deak the night before and he charged me 50% more when I reached my destination cause he maintained the hotel had oinly rung that morning asking for Cab immediately and even though I was 5 minutes early arriving for the cab I got stung with about 8 euros more than I should have . Ocverall its a nice hotel and they were very friendly but I seemed to have systematic bad luck
