Amazing hotel and top notch luxury. Staff is always attentive and this what a 5 star hotel is meant to be. Location was well located for attractions and good restaurants and shopping.

Excellent hotel, truly 5 star. Classy, clean, everything looks new and fresh. Staff incredibly professional, great location, great bar and restaurant. Had drinks a few nights at the bar, and food. Everything is reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in perfect condition. Very comfortable and good size room. Excellent location. Walking distance to main attraction. Big choice of the restaurants around the hotel. This was the best hotel EVER. Very friendly, professional staff - everyone. Beautiful property. Excellent food and wine. Rented bicycles - excellent condition. Turn down service, often with a treat. We'll be back!!

Absolutely excellent Staff friendly, helpful and cheerful Room impeccable; clean and roomy with excellent bathroom. Super comfortable bed and temperature Breakfast the best I’ve had in a hotel. Very quiet. Location super in Berlin - right in Unter see Kunden near all major museums and the lovely Old Town. Steps from subway I go to Berlin every summer and have stayed at 3-4 top hotels but will make this my home for all future visits.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel. Very clean. The check in process was quick. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The sites I wanted to visit were a short walk away. I was overall very pleased with the experience.

The room was amazing with a large and comfortable bathroom. The breakfast options are extensive and of high quality. The service was fantastic. Room was kept very tidy. I had a book on my nightstand and they gave me a bookmark for it. Halfway through my stay I got a few chocolates.

Wow, just wow - nicest of the hotels for this trip
My absolute favorite hotel of all the hotels we stayed in (15) for this trip. If the other hotels claimed to be 5 stars, this would be a 6 star. I loved the way the room was decorated, the way the hotel was decorated and all the amenities. Staff was super nice also.

I cannot recommend the Regent highly enough. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the hotel represents amazing value for money considering the location and five star facilities, and the hotel is veritably worth its five star rating. Our room was wonderful and the bathroom was pure luxury. Breakfast was first class and the bar and terrace are beautiful. Cost from airport was 60euros by taxi and with how wonderful the staff were, would say it’s one of the best hotels I have stayed on and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely beautiful and excellent staff
This place was stunning. The lobby, the rooms, everything. From the outside of the building you can’t tell how beautiful it is inside but the pictures inside are accurate. It’s a legitimate 5 star hotel. Service and staff were wonderful. Included/paid for breakfast was excellent. Full menu and more. Location was right next to many nice restaurants and close to almost everything you want to see in Berlin. This was our favorite hotel on a 3 week trip. It was quiet except for the heavy doors closing (either staff or other guests). They have a hinge slider to keep it from slamming immediately shut. However it releases right before the door closes and makes a loud bang that shakes the walls of the adjacent rooms. If they could adjust those to let the door quietly close that would be perfection. Outside of that it was a wonderful place and I fully recommend it.

We've spent 3 nights at the Regent Berlin. The hotel in its entirety was spotless. Our room was in excellent condition. Cleaning staff folks were doing a fantastic job. Same comment applies to all the folks we had the pleasure of meeting at the reception as well as the room service folks. Breakfast was really good - ordered items from the menu. Internet connectivity was pretty good. All in all an excellent stay - thank you

This is a very nice hotel in the eastern part of Berlin . We had a small problem with the room assigned for us on arrival but i must admit that the way the manager handled it was excellent. He was polite, willing, with a smile and did his best to meet our needs and he did succeed. In the meantime we were offered a bottle of water by the restaurant responsible while waiting who was also a great courteous professional. I believe that this is an excellent choice of a property for a guest wanting to stay in the eastern part of Berlin

We have been staying at the Regent (and before the Four Seasons) for about 20 years now. Location, rooms, staff all excellent. Breakfast was better in earlier days.
