The terrible service we experienced was NOT due to COVID restrictions, it flew in the face of them. “Housekeeping” entered our room everyday to touch our bed. They replaced the towels we hung up to indicate we did NOT want fresh towels. (We’re environmentally friendly.) We got only one bottle of water for our five night stay. Housekeeping would NOT replace drinking glasses that were dirty when we arrived. To try get them changed, we put them on the floor! “Housekeeping” left them there. We added a note in German indicating they were dirty, no effect. They were still on the floor when we left. I wonder if they will still be on the floor when the next person checks in, or the lipstick smeared glasses will just be put back on the desk with the next guest’s ONE bottle of water. Also the bathroom door was balanced to bang into the toilet anytime you left it open and the shower head was only partially functional. Other than that it was a nice, modern, minimalist room. If you stay here, be emphatic with the front desk about your needs. Good luck.
