“best parity of "price-quality"”
There are great inexpensive Chinese restaurant near the hotel, clean, comfortable,personal do not take tips. There is only problem - the taxi drivers unable to read and speak English and can not find the way to the hotel by address in english, we drove around the block for a long time and finally landed in the 1 km away. Necessary to take the picture and address of the china characters.
“Great location and price”
The hotel is located on a wonderful hutong in Beijing, within easy walking distance of subways and the Lama Temple. While the rooms might not have been up to high-end Western standards (the carpet really needs to be replaced), the hotel had free wifi in the lobby, a restaurant, a general store, a business center, etc. The thing that makes this hotel great is the location (and price.) Staying on one of the famous Beijing alleys is a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and most spoke a little English. If your looking for something unique, instead of the typical hotel, I would recommend this place.
“Great choice”
Great location for subway and walking distance of 'ghost street', drum and bell tower, nanluogu Xiang. Hotel good value, staff not the most friendly with the odd exception, English is spoken just by most. Room was clean and large for my needs, no complaints. Excellant atmosphere on the hutong outside hotel. Loved my stay in beijing would happily return to this hotel
“excellent value, local area, large room”
really enjoyed staying here. huge room (for the price). clean. helpful staff all tried their best to speak english for our benefit. good location for local feel. although the hotel itself is just a standard setup, the surrounding area is all very local. good breakfast. fitness room! admittedly basic, but amazing for a hotel of this price range.
“huaqiao beijing”
A 3 stars hotel. the good things about this hotel are the room size (big room with big bad), the location - vert close to the lama tample, subway staion and a few central restaurants streets. downsides: the staff can speak very little english and they are not very nice, the breakfast is expensive (in china standarts) and dont buy any tour from the hotel they are much more expensive than the deals offered online (chinatour for example). over all it's a good 3 stars hotel but nothing more than that it's good for pepole that need a bed and shower and to be in a central location.
