“Great place for a family”
This is a nice option for a large family. We are 5 and would have to have two rooms at most hotels. There are few Barcelona hotels that are inexpensive given all the conferences the city holds. This place is clean and close to the subway, which I would recommend you use. The neighborhood is nice, but it isn't a tourist area so don't expect much right outside your door. The hotel staff is nice, but they are not present on the premises, so you have to fend for yourself, which is fine for us (three kids between the ages of 11 and 5).
“Great Appartment”
The appartment was great. Very clean, very near metro and near supermarket should you want to buy any food and there are resturants close by too. Be warned there is no reception at appartments you have to phone the reception and they come over to give you the keys. This takes about 20 minutes so make sure you phone the reception from the airport to avoid any unnecessary hanging around especially if you have young children like we had.

nice and clean. next door to grocery store. take your own toiletries and hand washing soap plus paper napkins.
“Smart, Spacious and Central Apartment”
A spacious, 2 bedroomed bright and modern apartment. Including large kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room as well as an outside balcony, this apartment will hold 6 people comfortably. The facilities provided were of a good standard, fully equiped kitchen, iron and board, towels and tv/entertainment system. The staff were friendly and were able to direct us to the apartments with no difficulty. Overall a great apartment with the only complaint being that they charge for a late arrival.
