“Good, clean hotel. Very close to great sights”

I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk who was more than accomodating to my early arrival. The room was large and clean and even better than I expected. The location is great if you're looking to walk to La Rambla, The Cathedral, and other old town sights.

“Best hotel with great service , location and price for middle aged couple”

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights in this wonderful hotel. The staff, especially Victor, was very helpful and friendly with great advice. Location was fantastic in front of the Barcelona cathedral as it was easy to come back to the hotel at anytime during the day (for washroom or rest). Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla are five minutes by foot. The Bus Turistico (hop on hop off red bus) stop is a 1 minute walk. We walked the neighborhoods of Raval, Barceloneta, Eixample, from the hotel. The only marginal drawback was WIFI internet which was not available at the hotel room; had to connect via cable at their sister hotel Colon hotel.

“Enjoyable stay!”

We stayed at the Regencia Colon for four nights, and were very comfortable. I loved the cheery decor--yellow with floral tiles.The staff was extremely helpful with directions and getting us concert tickets. The location in the pedestrian Barrio Gotico was very convenient and central.

Couldn't have picked a better location. The room was comfortable, clean, albeit a little dated. It's also on the noisy side, but all in all, a great choice.

The hotel was in a great location near the Dali Museum. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. The hotel does not have a restaurant or room service, but the sister hotel across the street does. The price was very reasonable.

Very close to catedral and nice basic hotel. Rooms were nice and staff were helpful. Didn't try the breakfast so don't know about that.

The experience in Barcelona, and the hotel Regencia Colom was very good, we felt confortable, near of many touristics points.

“Great central location!”

The personnel at front desk were great. They gave us good recommedations of various resturants. The location of the hotel was great because you are close to bus lines, the subway and trains. My favorite front desk person located a specialty store for me. It's an old, well respected button and trim store, located just four blocks from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat.
