“Little gem”
It would be hard to fault my stay at these apartments. They're situated about an 8-minute walk mid-way between 2 different Metro stops (Tetuan and Monumental), with a supermarket and many small eateries in between. There's therefore no need to worry that breakfast isn't included in your booking - there's a fridge and a microwave, along with cutlery and crockery in the apartment, so you can easily prepare your own low-cost alternative! The bed was very comfortable, and there was a bath with a showerhead attached. There's a road beneath the apartments, but once I'd closed the windows at night noise wasn't really an issue. I had three very good nights of sleep. I saw several different members of staff, all of whom spoke just enough English for us to be able to understand each other. Good job, as I speak no Spanish. Finally, it's worth noting that this apartment block is only about a 10-minute walk away from the Sagrada Familia, surely one of Barcelona's most appealing attractions. I'd have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.
“Fantastic value, great location”
Absolutely perfect location, lovely big room with fridge,kettle,microwave, etc. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful reception. Unbeatable for value bearing in mind it's only a 15 minute walk from Ramblas, Sagrada Familia. We will be recommending this to anyone who wants a great base from which to explore Barcelona. Bakery was a minute away so fresh rolls every morning with our coffee. Lovely little tapas bar a few doors away. Couldn't fault anything. Perfect!
“Great location, overall very pleased”
Great location near Sagrada Familia and short walk to the metro, with only a couple of stops to the main centre. You could walk from the Apartments to the city centre - it is long but not too bad. We had a room round the back, so the only noise we heard was from the sports court outside (Across the days there was basketball, football and rollerskating) but that was only during the day. Very quiet at night. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was fantastic having an apartment - having a fridge and hob meant we didn't have to eat out all the time and could store food and drinks. Overall we were very pleased, got what we paid for and had an enjoyable stay in Barcelona.
