very elegant and gracious hotel. great service, not centrally located but train station 5 min. walk away, great price to boot! very impressed and highly recommended!!

“Good deal if on budget”

We were overall very happy with our stay at the hotel. Friendly and very obliging staff. Buffet breaky was part of the deal. Only issue for us was we were never given enough towels during our stay either missing hand towels, face cloths or bath mats and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom...other than all was good. The hotel was near to MRT which you can connect onto to another train which will take you straight into the city centre, so location was not a real issue...out of the city enough and yet easy to commute to via train. Also it is not too far from the airport.

“Will not recommend”

It took 45 minutes to get an iron to the room, only to find out the iron is an old fashioned iron without the steam feature. When I asked for a spray bottle to iron woith, they never delivered. Everything took forever, the staff is not friendly, the room is modest at best, and the room was not exactly clean.
