“Kamuela Villas - Ultimate Relaxation”

Villa staff were extremely helpful and always attended to any of our needs. Breakfast was very nice with a large range to choose from. 1 bedroom villa was very spacious with large kitchen and dining area, large bedroom with couch in living room, plasma TV, very nice bathroom, large private pool and roof deck to relax on. Room cleaned daily and was always kept in excellent condition. Staff dropped us to our planned destinations daily including Waterbom Park and other locations in seminyak, legian and kuta. There is a supermarket down the street and around the corner with a deli and many shops close by. We really enjoyed our stay at Kamuela Villas Seminyak and would highly recommend to anyoñe planning a trip to Bali.r

“Just wonderful”

The 2 bedroom villa was absolutely beautiful, we were expecting the villa not to be as good as the website photos as this is the case with most places however we were genuinely surprised, the bedrooms are huge and well appointed, fantastic set up for 2 couples as well as family. Very private and the pool which was well used was clean and great temperature to cool off. We spent more time in our villa than we planned however every day we struggled to leave. The staff and manager are fantastic, we unfortunately experienced noise from a near by building site, as soon as we pointed this out they moved us immediately. The area is great and can understand why so many comments rave about the Bali Deli, we walked to many great restaurants and had a wonderful holiday, can't wait to go back.

“blissful bali villa experience”

Total bliss from the moment we checked in. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in most of the time as the food was restaurant quality and very reasonably priced. The bathrooms were a little dated but it was quiet, comfortable & the beds and pillows were fantastic, The ideal place to stay if you want true relaxation and pampering. Well situated, an easy walk to anywhere in Seminyak. Highly recommended.

“Our second honeymoon”

My husband and I celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary with a trip back to Bali. We were recommended to Seminyak as a great destination for our holiday and were excited to stay in a villa for the first time. We chose Kamuela Villas from information and photos on the internet. We were disappointed with the overall villas being run down, linen and towels were in poor state and kitchen was badly appointed. We had to ask for wine glasses, plates etc. etc. For 4 of our 10 days, we had no hot water even though we reported this immediately. The breakfast was quite ordinary as well. On the positive, the staff were very friendly and tried to assist us. Considering the cost is up there, it should have been much better as there are other villas in the area that we now know of that certainly would run rings around Kamuela.

After a few minutes outside by our pool we realised how noisy it was, our villa was #8 first one 1 bedder by the street and it bared all the noise from local construction & street noise, however the staff were helpful in trying to find us another villa a little less noisy but unfortunately most were booked out except for one 2 doors next to ours which was not far away enough, nevermind the owner managed to tell the construction workers to move down the road which helped abit. The 1bedroom villa was ok, it was looking abit tired and it was obvious it needed alot of cosmetic touch ups & a few minor quick fixes. There is no restaurant in the villa however they do provide daily breakfast of your choice from there menu, french toast was lovely but not a fan of the rest. The Staff were always lovely, courteous & helpful. Because we had a evening flight home we were allowed an afternoon checkout plus we were also given a spare 2 bedroom villa to change our clothes before our flight which was amazing, spacious and so much nicer then our 1 bedroom villa!

“Pictures don"t alway tell a story”

Travel books and internet advertising look great, having been to Bali five times and always staying at different villas which have been exceptional this villa needs at lot of money to improve on the condition of the bathrooms damaged, towels and bed linen very off white (grey) doona cover had a rip in it. Power point hanging from wall our bathroom shower recess flooded across the floor whilst having a shower very dangerous, DVD didn't work, kitchen facilities lacking we were a family of 4 with 2 cups and saucers provided and no other crockery. (Villa14). We also booked Villa 11 for our daughter the bathroom was much the same as ours and her upstairs deck which looks fantastic in the brochures was in need of so much work. When we arrived in the foyer was a trip advisor award for 2012 giving the hotel 4.5 stars which Villa did they see.
