“Clean little hotel, excellent location”
Apart from higher than expected city tax, being given a single room instead of a double, and being asked for 20 euro or pound cash deposit for keys per room, the staff were very helpful and friendly and there was a good atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms were clean and in good condition, as was the hotel in general. The bathroom was small but clean and in good condition (looked new). Breakfast was simple and adequate. The hotel's greatest asset is its central location, perfect for exploring Amsterdam by foot and for trams and busses.
“BEST LOCATION”
NICE HOTEL
“Great base for quick pitstops and sleeping”
This Hotel is fine if you just want somewhere to sleep change and wash inbetween exploring amsterdam. Its position means it is an easy walk to leidaplain and canal ring but naything els you may need to use public transport which is very easy and cheap. The room was clean enough but the bathroom had no fan and the plugs did smell a little. The staff were always friendly and always happy to help. Overall a good hotel if you just want somewhere for quick pitstops and sleeping but not for a long stay and i wouldnt recomend for families or anbody stayong more than a few nights.
“bad excperience”
This hotel was very bad. The first thing you expect is to be able to speak dutch at the reception. This was not possible. All facilities were extremely small. Elevator, room, shower and there was a 20 cm wide balcony. Breakfast buffet is also a big word for having to wait first for 15 minutes so one of the 5 available tables get free. Pricing is far too high for such a bad hotel.
