“Great Value, Friendly Service”

This is not a fancy hotel, but was clean and comfortable-good value for the room rate. My husband and I stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon- we just needed a room for one night before checking into our fancy hotel... This hotel was in a more residential area, which we liked. We got to see a part of the city we never would have otherwise and there were a lot of cute bakeries and cafes nearby. It was easily accessible by foot or tram. It was an older hotel, but was clean. The room and bathroom were very large. The "double" bed was two beds pushed together, so that was not comfortable, but I guess that's expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful regarding directions and public transportation.

“Thanks for the Memories”

I had a really nice time at the hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very close to transit to get to the main center or you can walk and explore on the way. The people running the hotel were very informative and polite. The room was small but that is expected being in Amsterdam. Room 35 is perfect for the single traveler.It faces the park. Thanks for the great memories!!

“Amsterdam weekend break”

The Borgmann Villa Hotel is a lovely place to stay backing on to the Vondelpark a short walk from the center. We found the facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

“Peaceful and well located treasure.”

Great hotel in quiet, high quality area. Staff very helpful (whilst still coming to grips with english langauge). Frequent public transport nearby and neighbouring a beautiful park setting.
