“Amarillo Visit to See Vicki”

OUr room was lovely and spacious. It was located near the elevator, and ice machine and soda machine, all of which we liked. The bed was super comfy and the room service was excellent. We complained to the manager one evening that our sheets had been stained and hadn't been changed so all was taken care of immediately and the manager gave us a coupon for a free breakfast in the dining room. A Player piano played soft music during the day and we heard no ambient noise from rowdy hotel guests. We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the Ambassador in Amarillo and will definitely stay there next time.

The stay at the Ambassador Hotel in Amarillo was, over all a very pleasant experience. The people there from the front desk to maid service were all very friendly and never too busy to stop what they were doing & answer a question or give specific directions to a woman that gets lost going around the block. Inside, little pools of water give off a relaxing atmospher and in some ways can make you think you've wandered into a secluded glen where faeries and little folk of your childhood hide. "I shall return" there someday and finish a book being written for my grandchildren, that is based on what my minds eye saw by the cool, relaxing waters of the Ambassador Hotel. A most pleasent experience.

“I would definately go back!”

The hotel was right off of I-40 which was great. The rooms were clean and fresh. The pool and the hot tub were indoors. A TGI Fridays is attached which makes it convienent.

“Will stay there again”

Room was nice, maybe alittle dated. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was to small, towels could have used some fabric softener. Staff was great, always friendly and helpful. The inclosed court yard was an great place to relax. T G I fridays on property was exelent!
