“Very comfortable”
The hotel staff was very helpful with information in finding a church nearby. Also answered all of our questions for shopping and getting around. Would surely stay there again.

“Not the Best, Not the Worst”
The hotel parking was not convenient to the hotel. We had to park in the lot and then walk across the street to the hotel with our bags in hand. There was also a restaraunt in the hotel and the night we stayed, we could hear the music blaring at 1 in the morning. Overall, the room itself was comfortable and clean.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant breakfast was very nice. The rooms are a nice size. My 2 main complaints are the room was rather stale and musty smelling and the bathroom was a little too small.
“Nice, Clean place”
The hotel was nicer than expected for downtown Allentown. The room was clean (which is key since I have small children) and staff were helpful. Although there was some malfunction in the door key system the staff did their best to make it seem like nothing was awry. The hallway was a bit noisy late at night and we could hear the people in the room next door. If you need a very quite place to stay, this is not one of them on Fair weekend! Overall our stay was pretty good. We'd go back if we needed to be downtown again.
“Wonderful experience”
I stayed here for one night and I must say it was one of the best nights sleep I ever got. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was very quiet and cozy. The receptionist at the front desk was wonderful, very courteous, professional and kind. The Brazilian restaurant attached to the hotel had great menu items, although very pricey. Overall I came out very satisfied staying here and I would definitely return here should my travels take me to Allentown.
“Don't Get Room 529; Fridge/Microwave ON REQUEST”
Specifically request NOT to be placed in room 529 as the wall the bed headboards are up against are also against the elevators so you'll hear/feel them moving all hours. I fall asleep easily so it wasn't an issue for me. Just an FYI for future potential guests. My one real complaint: despite Expedia listing them as included amenities for the room I books there was no microwave or refrigerator. Turns out each one is an additional $10 PER DAY.
“Good Hotel”
This hotel has had many upgrades. The beds are quite small but comfortable. Bathrooms were not cleaned to my standards. Hotel staff were very good and it has a nice bar attached. Parking is off site across the street in a parking lot. Close to downtown area and many row houses.
