“Music”
It was pretty good but the only thing I didnt like is that you guys have parties there a lot and the music is to lound you cant sleep with the music that lound.
“extra fees”
this hotel charges an unexpected charge of $30 that they refund you in 5 to 10 days if you do not accure any additional fees. Be aware that if you charge room service there is a 20% gradutity, a $2 room delivery fee and an additional fee for something I never got a clear answer. THe water park is fun but limited. It is a great adventure for one day but I don't recogmend it for a long stay.
“A very pleasant stay”
The Park Inn is undergoing renovation, so the hallways are being painted, and there's the expected kind of rough spots that entails. The room was good. Not a lot of amenities, but clean and newly decorated. It was quiet, so that's a big plus. The staff, they were fantastic. Very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The room service was fast and delicious. Parking's good, and there's a drug store next door, literally, which is very convenient. Restaurants are not far away, walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay. It's obvious the new owners are putting a lot of effort into upgrading the property, and they have hired an outstanding staff. Bravo!
“Misleading Hotel information will cost you”
Free shuttle service???...I called the hotel from the Airport and they said someone would be right there. After waiting an hour, I again called the hotel. I was informed that their driver only worked until 12:00pm and that they would have to get someone from the front desk. I asked if this had been done since I called an hour ago, and the not so friendly receptionist told me no. I asked how long it would be since I called an hour ago already. The reply, "I'm not sure" and she hung up. The water park is only open on the weekends, glad I didn't take the kids 'cause this is written anywhere. The dead fish in the fountain is a nice touch...
“Not the Radisson any more.”
I reported the first morning that the internet wi-fi was not working, the operator said they would tell IT and it would be fixed that evening. It was not fixed that evening, and when I called, was told IT would be informed and work on it after 10 tomorrow. They did offer use of their computer in the lobby, which was in another building. The second night a family with screaming children were loud until after midnight, and both nights people in the coiurtyard were looking in the windows. I stayed at this hotel before, and it was much nicer - a sleep number bed, no problems with internet, etc. When I asked about the water park, was told when it would open, but they did not give any information on prices, etc. There was no book about motel services in the room. I would say the change from Radisson to Park was not a good one.
“Overpriced and disappointing”
Planned this trip as a great family escape for a weekend and was supremely disappointed. The hotel was undergoing complete renovation (not at all informed of this when booked), The central heating unit sounded like an outboard motor, and the beds were horrible. We were promised Wi-fi in the rooms, but for some reason never had service inside the room (The service was fine on the outside in the hallway). The "waterpark" was grossly exaggerated and extremely overpriced ($120 for a family of three, no kid prices, no discount for staying at the hotel, and only one day purchase). We were pleased at the lifeguard coverage for children and the hospitality of the staff at all hotel accomodations. For the the money spent here, we would have gladly booked another venue.
“In desperate need of remodeling.”
The main reason I chose this hotel was because it has an indoor waterpark. When we checked in I was told that the waterpark was only open on weekends.... (It was a Monday when we checked in). No where on the website info was there details about a weekend only policy. Also, the pull-out couch was broken. The foot of the bed touched the floor when anyone (even my 5 yr old) sat on it.
“Double Check the pricing!”
Beware when booking that the water park (even though it is pictured in the Expedia web page) Does Not come included in the price of the room, and the cost is $40.00 per person/day even if they are little guy's that cannot ride all of the rides they have. Poor customer service throughout. Finally, our very small room had wind blowing under doors and out sliding glass door all night, and it was load enough to keep us awake. Very over priced hotel for it's overall condition.
“Horrid”
A fellow guest was more helpful than front desk staff, room stunk, shower curtain dirty, hair in the tub, carpet by one bed reeked of vomit, tv was 1990's version generic brand. Willie never stay there again or recommend to even my worst enemy.
