“i will like to go back”
i had a good time overall. i will definitely will go back with in a year or two. the service was excellent
“Good hotel but hard to find”
We should have been prepared after the guide books said Acapulco was awful for directions. Even when we were within 200 meters of the place, the locals couldnt tell us the exact location.
“Return customer”
This is a great hotel, it is a hike away from the main beach, but the location and charm make up for this. I have visited this hotel many times in the past, only have two complaints with this hotel, hear dogs barking at night from the apartments next door during the night, and my biggest complaint NO HOT WATER at this HOTEL, I am not one to like cold showers day and night no mater how hot the weather is. The staff, I rate 10+ very friendly, 90% of the staff is bi-lingual (speaking both Spanish and English)
“HORRIBLE CONDITIONS”
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO STAY IN A MOTEL THAT IS REALLY DURTY, BUT YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND A 20 MORE DLLS IN ANOTHER HOTEL ROOM THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. DURTY, OLD, NOT UNIFORMS IN THE STAFF, BUT THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE. THE BED IS LIKE A BLOCK, THE PILLOWS ARE ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE. I DONT KNOW WHY I DINDT READ THIS...
“Please don't stay here!”
If you want to feel safe at all, do NOT stay at this hotel. The people that work there are nice enough, but the place is old and run down. The pictures make it look not so bad, but trust me, it is. We felt scared to be there. It was not close to the beach at all. It is on top of a hill. We ended up transferring to a different hotel on the beach and basically wasted our money on this room. We went to The Fiesta Inn and it was a complete 180. SOO nice, and not expensive.
