“Very Good Place with great value at very nice service”
It it my first time visiting Abu Dhabi with family. I have visited the city three times over business trips, however , this time I was little worried of how could this Hotel Appartment would be? I read some customers' review before I cheked in this hotel and I really relied on them. I found that those reviews were quite true and honest about this hotle. Someone wrote that the customer would not expect the quality of inside the Hotel as the outside building and the neigbouring could reveal an impression that the interior of the Hotel is less satisfactory. Nevertheless, the Hotel has very perfect interior design with modern funrniture and luxurous emnities. The suites - especially the junior's- are very comfortable and spaciuous at very reasonable rates. The front desk staff and the room service workers are very friendly and upon any alert. Just one suggestion about the breakfast price , I hope if it is less .
“Decent hotel, but not for serious business travelers”
There was nothing wrong with the location, the room cleanliness, comfort, or friendliness of the staff. However, the fact that the Internet barely worked in my room (thus making it impossible to do much needed work) was extremely frustrating. What was worse, and in my mind unforgivable, was that my wake up call came almost 30 minutes late. Needing all the sleep I could get after a long flight, I scheduled the call to give me exactly enough time to get to my meeting. Needless to say, I was 20 minutes late. When I mentioned it to the staff, the woman responsible said, "I'm sorry, I was very busy this morning."
“Very nice”
When I first arrived, I was a little unsure of the hotel because it's in an older part of town but I was pleasantly surprised upon entering. They've done an excellent job on the interior. The room was very clean and comfortable! I liked kitchen area though I didn't get a chance to use it. I read reviews that the hotel was too far from the Abu Dhabi Mall, yet I didn't think that was the case at all. I walked there and back just fine.

It is a good Hotel to stay even more for long statys since the rooms are suited as apartament and provide the basic to feel like home.
