"Our family loved our 3 story unit. It had a cabin vibe. The kids got their own rooms and we enjoyed the sleeping loft. The full kitchen was a huge help. The fireplace was cozy. The pool/hot pool has a phenomenal mountain view. Hidden Ridge Resort was a high point of our road trip. I highly recommend it and we would definitely stay here again."

The area of improvement I would say is that staffs are not so attentive and did not greet with a smile. During my second stay they did not change my towels and need me to call them for that "
