"Great location. Hot tubs were so relaxing after a day of skiing. Steam room and sauna were great as well. The staff were so friendly and ensured you had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The room was quiet and clean. The bathrobes provided to visit the hot tub were an added bonus. Definitely going to make this hotel a priority for our next stay in Banff."
