"The hotel is super cute and right in the center of town. I was worried about traffic noise (there's construction right outside) but they must have good windows because it was quiet. Breakfast is pretty good, a plus is that they use actual dishes, not creating lots of garbage. Overall a lovely stay, we'd come back. One thing to note is that the hotel parking is limited to vehicles under 6'5", but we were able to have our truck next door in a different garage that's up to 7'6", for free until 8am. Have a national park pass in your vehicle!"

"Hard to stay anywhere else in the future…The Moose was a new experience for me and I loved the stay. From the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel, the spa, roof top hot tubs with amazing views, to the Pacini restaurant. Everything was exceptional. The underground parking was easy to access, bright, and clean."

"I was here for a conference. The food was excellent. My room was comfortable. They charge $14 per day which is unacceptable given the fact I paid over $700 for two nights. The fire alarm went off twice one night. The hotel offered no apology or explanation. When I checked out, I asked if they could honor the conference rate we were given. Because I booked through Expedia, they said there was nothing they could do. They did refund my parking. I suppose that was their apology for the fire alarm? I won't stay here again."

"The hotel is starting to show signs of use- chipped walls, dust, broken blinds, etc. the bed was comfy- however there were a few stains on the blanket and sheets. There was only one hot tub that was functional for our entire 5 day stay. I will say the rooms are small, and it seems they have to “upgrade” rooms such as suites. The staff are EXCELLENT both times I called the front desk for extra things they were brought to my room within 10 minutes. The location is also a highlight! "
