Excellent hotel, prime location just a couple blocks away from the main town area with most shops/restaurants. Free parking in the hotel was a huge benefit as well. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff were all friendly. One bonus perk is they still provide daily housekeeping without having to ask (something the big hotel chains no longer do). Only con we experienced was trying to make use of the laundry machines; there are only two sets of machines, and they were in constant use by many other guests. So perhaps the hotel could consider adding more machines. Overall, would absolutely recommend the Moose for a stay in Banff.
