The signs in the elevators are misleading, they depict that the hotel had a really huge indoor hot tub pool, but it is for another property owned by the same company. There were people in the elevator with us that were not impressed either. Advertising other properties is fine, but in a different way like a brochure or posted at the front desk would be better, as the one person stated they felt like “Oh, look where you COULD have stayed. It was like we are staying in the crappy place BUT look, we have better elsewhere”. Most people staying at this time of year are only ever there once, so making them feel like they are getting the best experience no matter where they are staying is key, not making them feel like they should have stayed somewhere else.
