The hotel's aesthetics are truly stunning, offering a visually pleasing atmosphere. The beds and pillows provided an exceptionally comfortable night's sleep, ensuring guests wake up refreshed. However, the disappointment arises with the room thermostat capped at 25°C, which might be limiting for those preferring warmer temperatures after a day out in the snow. Additionally, the inability to achieve hot water in the shower, especially after a day on the mountain, is a significant drawback. While the overall experience was enjoyable, these issues detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
