"We had the best stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge. The staff were helpful, kind and welcoming. The breakfast included in the stay had lots of options including gluten free! Even with construction happening outside the lodge was clean and quiet. We are fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with a balcony. This was a lovely room with a fantastic view of the street and mountains. The downtown location was ideal and we were able to walk and use the busses anywhere in the vicinity. You won’t be disappointed with Brewster Mountain Lodge."

"Great area and great facilities. The free 3 day bus pass is a nice touch. The hot tub and sauna can get really reallt busy but it's very nice after a day of hiking and activities in the mountains"

"This property is in a great location with lots of amenities within walking distance. Underground parking available for a small fee. The entire hotel is being renovated so there is construction taking place but it did not take away from the service or peaceful laid back atmosphere. We used the pool and steam room which were also very clean and well maintained. The spa was also wonderful. I had a massage and it was the perfect end to my stay. Highly recommend."

"The facility could benefit from updating their rooms. We had an outlet in our condo that did not work and the pots and pans were difficult to cook with because their non-stick coating had worn off. However, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had wonderfully hot water. It was nice to have free bus passes into town. Bear spray is available if you ask for it. The pool facility and office space needed cosmetic work due to rotting wood on the outside and some broken tiles on the inside. It just seemed like some things had been neglected. The space is quiet and peaceful which was a plus."
