Was a pleasant stay, rooms were clean and comfortable size for our family. Staff were very friendly, and the property was cleared of snow and ice making it easy for walking. The lack of dinner service until the 23rd of december as referenced on the website forced us seek food elsewhere, which was a bummer, but allowed us to check out other places. Was not clear nor informed if we could have been accommodated with lounge access but with minors, that seemed not possible. Family found the pool a tad too cold, especially the children. The hot tub was too slightly too hot for comfort, again especially for children.
