Complained twice about the drug taking noisy teenagers beside my room. Staff did respond and there was quiet between 1230am and 345am, then they started up again. Called the front desk and no answer. Have submitted emails to the front desk manager and operations manager Dominic Carufel for 1 nights refund and no response. As a family of three, who love to be out all day, we just need a shower and a quiet sleep, we got the shower, but no quiet sleep. Sounded like 5-6 people lots of swearing. First time we used this hotel in Canmore, never again. I must add that the young guy on the reception who I chatted to in the morning was absolutely brilliant and should move on to a premier hotel, his responses were top quality and service orientated. Cant say the same about the Ops Manager or Front Desk Manager. Dont stay here.
