"This was our first experience in Cancun and also our first at an all inclusive. We were immediately greeted with helpful staff and champagne and had everything explained to us. All staff were very friendly and courteous and we loved it. My only issue is the pools close early at 1800 but they would usually let people mingle until 1830-1845. Beach access was perfect. Again this was our first time and we loved it but we have nothing to compare too. Would book here again"

"Food excellent. Service great. Pool could use cleaning. Activities bland. Dj music was not modern or in style. Beach shuttle took too long. Chairs and seating area need cleaning and upkeeping. Rooms had paper thin walls. Heard everything. Didn’t give it 5 stars due to cleanliness mostly. Road to hotel was incredibly bumpy and uncomfortable."

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, always making sure every guest felt welcome. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping everything spotless and well-maintained. The bars, buffet, restaurants, and nightly entertainment were all exceptional. Every detail exceeded my expectations. I spent five unforgettable days here, and I was truly amazed by the beauty of this resort. It was one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I can’t wait to come back"

"My husband and I had a wonderful time there. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. The only issue was that the bathroom shower wasn't working properly; the water flow was very slow. Apart from that, our experience was excellent. Very clean, excellent staff, and the food was absolutely delicious!"
