"This is the second time to this resort and the people are amazing. The amount of driven carts on the paths are ridiculous. They go too fast and I just want to walk around and not in a straight line. Also, there was no hot water, warm, but not hot. The property seemed a little more tired this time. Still amazing but needs some rethinking. "

"Beautiful property. Staff were all very kind and helpful. Just please warn first floor that coatis WILL get into your unlocked patio door. I sure love them tho. Highlight of the trip was watching them, and the cats. YES, I fed the coatis fruit and got some amazing photos. Not recommended, but i did pet them my last day! Loved the buffet. Nice job, Mexico!!!"

"The property and room was clean. For an all inclusive resort, the food was very good. The staff was professional and extremely nice. The manager Ana provided exceptional service. The location was within walking distance to 5th avenue. The only downfall was the beach. It had a lot of rocks and seaweed. We walked further down the beach to access the beach to avoid the rocks. I will definitely return to this location. "

"I have never stayed at an all inclusive before and definitely had my doubts. Well, this visit was a game changer. The resort was great! Great location. Dining options. Cleanliness. The spa was amazing (visited it twice-once with Raquel and second time with Sherry). The wait staff were friendly and funny, engaging. Thank you Pablo and Jesus. The food options were endless it seemed, very delicious and fresh. The entertainment team tirelessly to keep patrons moving and engaged but without pressure. Daniel, David, Carla and Angela … you guys made all the difference. I did not want to leave! I’m NEVER one to go to the same place twice, but Wyndham Alltra officially changes my view on that stance. Thank you, everyone for a wonderful time. "

"The grounds are beautiful. My only minor issue was the shower in the Emerald Suites. The floor was very slippery when wet. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"It was on the smaller and quieter side, there was only a small sports bar in the evening which meant you had to sit and drink with everyone who was drinking at that time. Other than that, the bartenders at the main lobby was AMAZING rooms were cute/clean staff were friendly"
