"Room was cleaned immaculately by resort staff everyday. We had a walkout pool room, and the pool was clean staff came by regularly to offer to get drinks. Bartenders at the swim up bar were awesome!! The resort is huge but by the second day you can pretty much figure it out. The resort is a little dated, but still great. "We had a great stay, we thought the evening entertainment could of been better, karaoke isn’t great entertainment for us. We loved water volleyball and wish they did it more often. Staff were all so nice. Wish the front desk warned us about shops on the Main Street would say they were our waiter from the hotel, when we asked front desk about money exchange and they sent us down the road, first timers in Mexico a lesson learned. A bit disappointed with the ocean in front of resort rocky and small beach area because of cabanas, but pool was good enough for us. Food was good a bit repetitive after a week. Over all good stay but would try another resort for new experiences."
