We had a wonderful stay at Cache. Great location and nice rooms. They do have live music at night so be aware if you are looking for something more quiet, but we didnโ€™t mind since we had earplugs. The rooftop pool was also very nice and friendly staff. Gracias!

The bed was comfortable. There are nightly social events with loud DJโ€™s. This would not be the place one would stay if looking for a quiet peaceful retreat.

This hotel is close enough to walk throughout the center of Playa del Carmen. The rooftop pool and restaurant are lovely. They have underground parking for an additional fee. If you are hoping to go clubbing, you can walk to all the major clubs nearby without having the noise from them ruin your nights sleep. The only low point was the water pressure in the shower was very low, but I also experienced that at another hotel in town, so it might just be the case everywhere.

The entertainment at the hotel is extremely loud every night even with earplugs it doesn't help!! Free breakfast included is very limited to what you can actually have, the pool is very small and the hotel rooms are run down. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful though.
