Traveled here in April 2026 and it was sooooo nice. The upkeep on the property is amazing, my husband and I had a great time, good music, staff was beyond amazing, everything was close by, beaches were kept clean and the pool, the food was amazing, I will definitely go back here again!

We had a great experience staying at the hotel. The rooms and the hotel grounds were clean, the choice and quality of food and drinks excellent. My only sugesstion for the improvement is the prompt removal of the sargasum from the beach. The stuff was wonderful; Especially the beach waiter Enrique and entertainment Emanuel and Joe.

The place is really great. It's clean, the staff are amazing (especially Other Services!). Lots of good chairs around the pool and although there was a lot of kelp washing up on the shore, they were good about clearing it from the beach. The food is really good - highly recommend the resort. One suggestion - just for those times when you might've had too much sun, or the weather is not the best, is a game room or some place for kids to hang out inside. Otherwise, thank you so much for the great stay!

The staff was super friendly, they cleamed the room everyday and the beach was a few steps away! Highly recommend this hotel. It felt safe that you needed to check in at a gate to come in and there was people walking all day long to 5th Ave.
