"Rooms are clean,mattresses are on the hard side. Breakfast is plenty and has everything eggs,fresh fruit,fresh juice, meats,baked goods. Staff is very friendly and helpful and working very hard to accommodate guests. Dinner buffet for me was a little more to desired. Overall great experience."

"First time at a Riu Resort and i was not disappointed. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. There was plenty of great food to choose from their 5 restaurants, pool bar and 24hr sports bar. This is truly a family friendly resort with lots of scheduled activities throughout the day and themed shows/events nightly. This resort is know for its Friday party's. Great choice and will definitely be returning. "

"The only wellness resort I've ever been to but it was amazing and relaxing. The staff was AMAZING. The scenery and rooms was absolutely beautiful as well as the amenities. The only downfall for me was i got food poisoning on the last day of my trip. 24 hours of diarrhea and vomiting. The staff insisted it was because the fermented foods but i assured them kimchi was not new to my diet nor plant based foods. I was offered a ride to the pharmacy to purchase a small bottle of pepto for $20. Besides that inconvenience the trip was great. "

"We stayed at RIU Playacar and were very satisfied with our experience. The food was excellent — everything was delicious, with a great variety, and we especially appreciated the good selection of seafood. We were given a nice room in building 7. It’s not brand new, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and left with only positive impressions."

"Staff was very nice an attentive, only issue is that the included breakfast was not good, all dishes were cold, eggs were really hard, we ended up cooking in the room kitchen."

"Hola, quisiera reportar una experiencia muy decepcionante durante mi estadía en Casa Kaoba. Nos hospedamos en la suite presidencial y desde el inicio encontramos varias fallas: la habitación presentaba falta de mantenimiento (olor a humedad, jacuzzi con agua en mal estado, muebles deteriorados y elementos oxidados). Además, varias instalaciones no funcionaban correctamente. El problema más grave fue que durante los 4 días de estancia no tuvimos agua caliente en ningún momento, a pesar de haberlo reportado en recepción. La respuesta fue siempre que se trataba de una tubería dañada, pero nunca se resolvió durante nuestra estadía. También tuvimos gastos adicionales debido a estas condiciones, como la necesidad de comprar utensilios para poder cocinar y calentar agua para bañarnos, incluyendo a una niña de 2 años. Dado que el servicio y las condiciones no correspondieron a lo ofrecido al momento de la reserva, solicito que se revise este caso y se considere una compensación o reembolso parcial por la experiencia."
