Food is the best. Specually on Thursday night. Pools are rather small but work well. Property is a little outdated but very clean. The coffee shop serves great coffee included. Your staff are friendly.

The property is really nice, and we enjoyed the pool and beach. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was nothing exciting but not terrible. Our room was clean but was on the older side, and was a little loud, but I think that was our proximity to the laundry room. Overall, a nice place to stay if you want a good experience, but don't have a huge budget.

Some of the specialty restaurants were a bummer but the main buffet restaurant Don Julian alone would bring me back. A plethora of options that were different every night we were there. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pools were a bit small but enough. Hetting drinks was very quick; did not have to wait more than 2 minutes any time.

This is not 5 stars. The staff that were there were fantastic. The hotel seemed understaffed. The rooms are awful. The food was better than expected but every restaurant had a 20 to 40 minute wait with tons of open tables. The white party and Sil disco or a ton of fun.

The staff at the resortamazing !! It was a birthday trip and I have never had such an amazing birthday from singing to decorating my room and the attention to detail was excellent! The steakhouse was our favorite steak lobster and shrimp. Also some our group went fishing and they cooked our catch at the steakhouse restaurant on property and it was superb ! The doorman Francisco was or favorite employee there however they were so many awesome employees!

Overall RIU staff provided excellent services. We stayed at the palace and felt that we should have the option of having dinner at other RIU locations, in the area. Additionally, natural cleaning product should be used in hotel lobby as there was a strong chemical smell.
