Fernando and the rest of the staff were incredible friendly and so helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful, clean and well prepared. We enjoyed every meal we ate at their restaurant and we loved the local spider monkeys who stopped by for bananas throughout day during our stay.

This place is beautiful!! Room was clean, had all amenities needed and the a/c was heaven!! The only thing was the futon bed wasn’t the coziest to sleep on however the main bed was comfortable! As for the food it was good and fairly priced. Our favourite part of it was our concierge Fernando, he went above and beyond for us! he was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be back!

This was the best stay I’ve had in a long time. Fernando is the best host and works so hard to make the place spotless. Agusto makes incredible meals. And Jamil charmed us every evening meal with his smile and professionalism. Thank you to such an incredible oasis from our crazy lives.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay here. The property was much smaller than we expected, but that ended up being one of our favorite things about it. With only nine units, it feels more like a boutique jungle retreat than a large resort. It's quiet, private, and a great choice if you're looking to disconnect and enjoy nature. We even saw monkeys during our stay! The rooms and property were very clean, and the breakfast, while the same each morning, was fresh, healthy, and clearly prepared with care. We looked forward to it every day. What truly made our experience exceptional was Fernando, the property manager. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. He always checked in to see how our day was going, shared helpful tips, walked us to shuttle stops when needed, and made sure we got back safely. Since we weren't familiar with the area, his kindness and hospitality made a huge difference. This isn't a full-service resort where transportation and every amenity are handled for you, and dinner is available for an additional cost. It's also a little tucked away and can be tricky to find at first. However, once we got settled, none of that was an issue. If you're looking for a large, all-inclusive resort, this may not be the best fit. But if you want a peaceful, intimate stay surrounded by nature, we highly recommend it. We'd absolutely stay here again!

This 9 bedroom tropical boutique hotel, nestled between its natural beauty of jungle and exotic animals does not fall short of luxury and comfort. Bedrooms exceed in ammenities, comfortable beds, pillows, snacks, mini bar. Onsite kitchen, offering limited but tasteful options. The staff is great, always willing to keep you entertained with conversation and very helpful. It is an adorable property, we enjoyed the spider monkeys and iguanas plus more animals we’d never seen. Landscaping is in its natural habitat and gorgeous. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Barrowd the bikes and pedaled to Go Mart for snacks and beverages. Getting to Xcaret was easy. Fernando, Rocio, Evon and the chefs are absolute gems.

Beautiful jungle hotel! Fernando is an excellent host along with attentive staff members. Food is excellent and location is easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable and detailed with perfect lighting. The living room and bedroom each has its own mini split AC. Bar on site as well. Very clean and safe! True gem to get away from it all.

Our stay at Terasu Riviera Maya was truly wonderful. The hotel’s secluded location provided a peaceful and private atmosphere, allowing us to fully relax and unwind. Siento que para quien va a los parques de Xcaret es la mejor opción, pues el trato es muy personalizado, amable y de lujo. Todo es nuevo y las habitaciones están padrísimas pues tienen división de una recámara aparte del sofá, baño y desayunador para tener un poco de privacidad
