"I was very pleased that they upgraded me to an ocean front room! Zyanya and Samantha with Expedia at Sandos Playcar Resort were OUT OF THIS WORLD good! Their customer service was the best I ever received and I hope their manager sees this and knows how lucky the resort is to have them both working there. The buffet is so fresh and so much to choose from. The daily live entertainment is as good as Vegas. There is grilled food prepared daily on the beach, the Eco hotel is beautiful, with variety of animals, monkeys, peacocks, etc.
