Nicely located intimate hotel on the beach, but steps from Fifth Avenue. We were warmly greeted when we arrived early and the rooms were ready and they granted an early check -in . We spent two wonderful fun days at the beach club here and Ernesto made the experience wonderful . Our rooms were side by side on the upper level and the views and balconies complimented the comfortable room and spacious bathroom . Check out was quick and we would definitely come back next time we are in Playa Del Carmen .

We stayed for a few days in February and could not have been happier with the entire experience, from check-in to our unfortunate back-to-reality departure! We loved the pool area and especially loved the location of the hotel in downtown Playa. We did hear music on the weekend evenings but with earplugs or our little handheld sound machine, we were absolutely fine. We will stay here again!

This hotel has an amazing location, right on fifth. Very close to some major attractions. The drinks on the roof are really good, and the staff is very nice. I am also a big fan of the temperature of the pool, it was the perfect temperature for it being 30C outside! Would highly recommend Hyatt Centric

We stayed at the Beach House location which we really enjoyed. Great table service (shout out to Oliver) at the lounge chairs made this a super enjoyable way to relax. We visited the rooftop pool at the other location one day and really enjoyed the change from the Beach House. Again, service was great, the view was incredible and the pool was very relaxing. I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric hotel if you're looking for a central location in Playa!
