"The rooms are very clean and the 99..9% of the staff are very courteous. I did not see the swim up bar however I stayed in the beach. The outdoor pools looked clean and entertaining with sport and children’s activities."

"Catalonia Cancún was wonderful. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very pleasant and polite. Room was clean. The entertainment group was so much fun. We enjoyed our time there! Would definitely recommend. "

Everything offered at every restaurant was offered at the buffet style restaurant throughout our stay so wouldn't necessarily recommend going to the restaurants unless you like a different decor lol. One of the sinks in out room would clog, as well as our shower. We did not reach out to remedy these issues so partially our fault. "

The hotel and the pool was average not more and not less. I would not choose this stay again if prob choose a better location and nicer hotel. Less. "
