Andrei was such a great help—he took care of all our needs and provided excellent customer service! The resort itself was absolutely amazing—beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly clean. The privilege ocean view room was very nice, clean and very spacious. Amazing staff, Javier, Gabby our butlers, Ruben at Pez Dana, and Sebastian at the rooftop sunset bar and pool left us with the best experience! The pools were great! And the restaurants for dinner were really good and the buffets. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Overall excellent hotel; many gluten free food options; very good staff service. Could improve: cleaning excess seaweed; during a week stay, 2 days they didn't cleaned the room even though the "sign to make up the room" was on place ( makes me think there's not enough room cleaning supervision or is faulty); not all swimming pools were heated.
