Great beach always kept clean of seaweed. Cleaning service is good. Staff are friendlier than last time. Pool waitress was always attentive. Buffet looks and feels smaller in regards to food selection.

Beautiful clean rooms, great beach for swimming, always plenty of chairs, great food options. Activities on the beach and pool side, David - maker of happiness, made our trip so fun. We were in building 1 and loved being next to the activity pool. Can't say enough good things about Catalonia.

The staff was amazing! Always so attentive and with such a great attitude. The resort is impeccable as far as cleanliness and that is always what I look for in a resort. The food was fresh and so delicious. Very beautiful overall. Such a great experience. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!

Our suite was spotless the resort was well maintained. And the staff was courteous and very attentive. The food options were lacking and not mind blowing. Steakville was worth definitely mentioning however beware of the all-exclusive talk. They charge for misc food products at check-out.

The staff was great. Unfortunately me and my family of six were sick from food we consumed at the resort. It seemed to be a something that was happening to many people at the resort . We lost a full day trying to recover so we felt like we missed a lot.

Great Stay, But Reservation System Needs Fix Overall, this was a great stay and we would happily return. Pros: Staff: 99% of the staff was attentive and professional. Exceptional service overall. Dining: Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Wide variety and high quality. Entertainment: Great entertainment and activities kept the trip lively. Cons/Only Fail: Lunch: Buffet lunch quality was disappointing compared to breakfast and dinner. Reservation System: The dinner reservation system was a major dissatisfier for our group. It was difficult and frustrating. Resolution: The Front Desk was able to help us navigate the reservation issue successfully. The service and amenities were excellent enough to outweigh the frustration.

The resort was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only down side was the mosquitos. There was a terrible abundance of them. We had to wear mosquito repellent the whole time we were there. They told us that it isn't usually like that. They were spraying and trying to control them. Just a bad time I guess.

Resort was kept clean. Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff were friendly. Nice kids area and pool. If you call for room service they don’t come. We had an issue with our sink and they said they’d send someone right away but no one came. We called for more water and no one came. Buffet was ok, restaurant food was much better imo. We were actually there for a wedding and a lot of people got sick from food poisoning, including myself. Lots of mosquitoes. Far from airport.

This was amazing! The resort itself was absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere was clean and modern. The beach was amazing with plenty of chairs and shade. The food and drinks were 10/10, as well as the staff. It was clean and relaxing. Will be back!
