"Gorgeous room and property. The staff was always very friendly and eager to help. Food was DELICIOUS. Be sure to make reservations well ahead of time at the restaurants. Also get towels on chairs on the beach or by the pool very early to reserve them. They go quickly. We took the catamaran to Isla which was amazing. We were able to get the VIP discount by enduring the sales pitch. Warning: They push HARD to get you to sign up, and it took up nearly two hours of our morning. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. "

"I cannot say enough about Atelier! We have been to Mexico roughly 20 times but this was our first stay at this resort, and it did not disappoint. Resort was impeccable, rooms were beautiful (my favorite of any resort I’ve stayed at) and the service was phenomenal. I wish I would have wrote down more names to shout out, but I did want to give a special review of our pool server, Damarys, who could not have been more outstanding!! She was so unbelievably accommodating and sweet to our entire group. We did not want to leave her!! Thank you to all the unbelievable staff at Atelier! We will be back! "

"Garza Blanca is a wonderful “new-feel” resort, in a quieter area outside the busier Cancun hotel zone. The friendly staff was very helpful and addressed a small problem in our room promptly. Our room was spotless! There is a great variety of food options on the property and the white sandy beach and outdoor pool areas are super. My husband particularly appreciated the gym facility. "
