"At check in had to fight for the room type I paid for. The room had badly stained stools and sofa bed cover, carpet needed cleaning as well. Complained about the stools and they exchanged one but it was still stained. The air conditioner sounded like an engine starting up which was on and off all night. Staff was excellent. "
