We stayed for 19 glorious days, the front desk people are the greatest ,big thanks to Ceaser Garcia for being so professional knowledgeable and an amazing english speaker to help with directions and tips making our stay fantastic ,definitely will be back."

"Excellent Staff, daughters iphone was left somewhere on resort property and the Staff promptly took it to security to hold for her to claim (after some tears when she thought she lost it) That was amazing. Dinners were overall great. Lunch was good but more informal. Breakfast was an excellent spread of choices. King sized bed was Huge! Loved it. The futon could be a bit more comfortable, it kind of had 3 different levels/firmness areas. Cafe was really yummie. Beach was very nice. Waves are powerful, but there is a sandbar out about 40' so easy to find a place to know get knocked over. Water is an exquisite color and I brought a Diving mask and checked out the few scattered rocks around. Some cute fish hang near the rocks. Some are quarter size, they tend to hide near the side or underside of the rocks. Some were hand size and a few were foot size. All were very light in color so hard to see without the mask... Beach Volleyball was great and the activities daily were fun. The karaoke night was super fun but maybe good to have 2 per week! "

"⸻ Our stay at Hotel Kukulkan was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded expectations, from the beautiful property to the overall atmosphere. What I loved the most were the parties, they were so much fun and really made the experience unforgettable. The shuttle service to other RIU hotels for parties was a huge plus, making it easy to explore and enjoy different vibes without any hassle. Another thing that stood out was how convenient everything was when it came to excursions. Transportation was always easily accessible, which made planning activities smooth and stress-free. Lastly, the service truly made a difference. The servers were incredibly nice, polite, and attentive throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Hotel Kukulkan to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and seamless vacation experience."

"The staff are very kind and helpful, check in a check out is easy, everything is clean and the food at the buffet was really good! Go to the buffet within the first hour or so if it opening, you will have more selection of food. Location is perfect, the beach is stunning and so fun to swim in, we are coming back here!"

"Well, when you book your trip don't listen to Delta airlines because they told me that my passport card was good enough for the flights going and coming. Wrong! Your passport card is only good for driving over the Mexican border or going into Mexico off of a Cruise Ship; or perhaps swimming across the Rio Grande but not flying over their sky. Anyhow, it took six-ten Delta employees to come to that conclusion. Our driver drove us back home to get my passport. On the way back to the airport I received an email saying the plane departed early so there we sat broken hearted and you know the rest of that saying. Delta airlines gave us a full refund for the flight but Southwest airlines says we have six months from the day of booking the vacation to fly out of Mexico to any where we want to go. Thankfully I purchased the insurance for $155. so we will receive the Rui Ventura cancun Mexico 6 night all inclusive stay. The Hotel staff was really kind andwe kept our cool. I'll let everybody know how great it was when we go. Let's GO Linda"
